I have been working with Angelica and her team for over 6 years, they professionalism stands out from any other cleaners I worked with in the past. The cleaner are kind, respectful and polite . I can tell they are hard working ladies. They come from every other week they always do a great job, specially on the kitchen and my kid’s bedroom and bathroom which is a mess. They have been consistently with the quality of service provided. They are fast and efficient and most importantly punctual. Angelica's team was absolutely amazing! We had her crew come in for first, a deep clean and then will have our next cleaning soon. I’ve had Angelica’s team come for 4+ cleanings and now my family looks forward to having a nice house refresh every 2 weeks. My team consists of Ícaro and 1-2 other people who have generally changed every time. Having Ícaro be here consistently has made a HUGE difference. He knows the areas we want specially paid attention to, knows where our garbage bags are, and generally how we like things out back into its place. Plus he speaks perfect English and that has been a noticeable difference from other cleaners we’ve had who really wanted to do a good job but the language barrier just limited us in our ability to understand each other. We’ve tried 2 other cleaning companies but we’re done searching now that we’ve found Ícaro and Angelica’s team. I received three standard cleanings as a Christmas present from my brother. 10/10. My cleaner (Camila) came in professional, polite, and addressed some areas I wanted to give special attention to and then some. The job didn't feel rushed at all, and I feel like my home was handled with care. All of my surfaces are shiny and polished. She even tied the toilet paper and paper towels into cute little bows which I thought was such an adorable detail. The products she used smell so good without smelling too much like chemical. Let me start by saying I have been looking for a reliable, responsible and detailed person/persons to clean my house since 2013 when I had surgery. Since that time I've been through 11 private cleaners and companies. YES, 11....I had just about given up when I decided to try Angelica's Cleaning Service. I spoke with her on the phone she was very businesslike while explaining about her company, what they do and background information on her employees. I had just let go the last company that was working for me and back to cleaning my own home. Angelica's team arrived on time, asked if there was anything special that I required done and then went to work. They were friendly, professional and very detailed! I can't tell you how happy I am with this service, they have now cleaned my home by weekly, seven times. Each time I have been more than pleased.
